Live Well



Darlene has written another wonderful article in her Live Well series.

I am also feeling convicted to set new Live Well goals. Two months ago, I wrote a list of 10 things I wanted to focus on for the month of September. Here's a list for November.

  1. Pray on my knees (Never got around to it in September...I have such a hang up with this and really want the Lord heal me from this hang-up.)
  2. Drink at least 1 water bottle a day.
  3. Run/walk on Mondays and Wednesdays at 6 am, Fridays at 8:00 am.
  4. Stretch back and exercise core on Tues, Thurs, Sat.
  5. Read James this month.
  6. Practice grace (more on this to follow)
  7. Greet my husband and children with love when they walk in the door.
  8. Read to the twins each day.
  9. Cut dessert portions in half.
  10. Determine to be content in the moment and ask the Lord to help me when I long for something more...
