I am also feeling convicted to set new Live Well goals. Two months ago, I wrote a list of 10 things I wanted to focus on for the month of September. Here's a list for November.
- Pray on my knees (Never got around to it in September...I have such a hang up with this and really want the Lord heal me from this hang-up.)
- Drink at least 1 water bottle a day.
- Run/walk on Mondays and Wednesdays at 6 am, Fridays at 8:00 am.
- Stretch back and exercise core on Tues, Thurs, Sat.
- Read James this month.
- Practice grace (more on this to follow)
- Greet my husband and children with love when they walk in the door.
- Read to the twins each day.
- Cut dessert portions in half.
- Determine to be content in the moment and ask the Lord to help me when I long for something more...
