I'm not quite sure how I settled on this verse, and I've certainly been tempted to pick another. It is long and thought-provoking for me, making it a challenge to memorize. Yet with the next two weeks being packed-full, I'm thankful that this verse will require determined effort in order to memorize it. Doing so will help me keep my mind steadfast on the Lord and His eternal perspective, in the midst of our busy schedule.
One of the things I like most about this passage is how it reminds me of my own salvation experience. The longer I am a Christian, the more precious that reality. Maybe the Lord will carve out a window of time to write about that in the next two weeks. Or maybe He'll use this verse to inspire you to think about yours, and even share about it with others. If you do, leave a comment and let me know!
Blessings,

That is a beautiful verse and I love the way you wrote it! That would make a cute banner -- with the hearts like that.
Many blessings!
Beth
I told someone that very truth today! My verse for this week was/is Isaiah 33:6
He will be the sure foundation of your times; a rich store of salvation, and wisdom and knowledge. The fear of the Lord is the key to this treasure!
