Dreaming of Tea Together

There are days I wish I could reach through my computer screen and invite you over for tea, where I could really ask you, "How are you doing?" and you would know I really meant it.  If it was a rainy day, like today, we grab our hot cup of vanilla caramel (or any flavor of your liking from my basket) and curl up on the corners of my couch to talk about life.  But if it was a sunny day, I am sure we'd linger in my kitchen, for I love the lighting in there during the afternoon.  The sunshine beams in through largest sliding door I'd ever seen, giving full view to my backyard, which is crying out for love and time and hard labor.  I'd probably tell you the story of how the whole yard was completely dirt just a year ago, when...well that's too long of a story to get into now.  But we'd sit and sip tea and enjoy one another's company in the cozy kitchen the Lord has provided my family.

I wish there was a way to create the sunshine feeling all over my house, all year long.  Living in such a wooded area, a cloudy day is even more gloomy inside without the right lighting.  Once our tax refund rolls in, I just might have to invest in a few more lights to  create the same ambiance as a sunny day -- it would be good for my soul, as I think I must have a mild case of seasonal affect disorder.   Since I found this great online store that sells everything from cookware, to home decor, to lighting accessories -- www.csnstores.com -- I think I might have to spend my next gloomy afternoon searching their web-racks looking for the right lighting for my home.   It is a whole lot easier to shop online than it is to make it to the superstore with a load of kids. Have you ever tried to hang on to two four year olds, a shopping cart, and a couple of lamps?

Ahh, I think I'll let the UPS guy handle delivering this one or maybe this one straight to my door instead.  Plus, it tickles me every time I hear the dog "boof" at the approach of the big brown truck.  Our favorite driver even gives him a bone, which makes me feel like I live in a time gone by.  I can hear the rumble of the truck engine now, as I've actually been given the opportunity to review a T-Fal cookware set from CSNstores.com, so stay tuned to hear about my experience! Cookware first, lighting second.

If you had the chance to pick a product from CSNstores, what would it be?  Just maybe there'll be a giveaway in the future for you! Head over to csnstore.com and browse away.  Then come back and leave a link to your favorite find!

Blessings, extravagantly, friends,

You are too cute friend. I wish I lived closer so I could stop by and sip a cup of tea with you. :)

It rained this morning in Phoenix and I loved it. But we don't get much rain and it often doesn't last all day.

I will look forward to your review on the Tfal cookware. I'll click on the link you provided for this store.

Blessings and love,
Debbie

I wanted to add that I never heard of CNS stores. But I clicked on your link and found lots of things I loved. Since we just moved from a 4,000 square foot home to an 1,100 square foot rental (and sold all of our furniture too), my home needs have drastically changed. I enjoyed looking at their furniture including outdoor chairs and bookcases to hold all of my too many books. LOL.
