I am late jumping on board here, but I wanted in on this one. :) I LOVE being a mom, all of it's ups and downs, twists and turns, laundry piles and chaos, it is ultimately a blessing from God. :)

I love being a mom- even as a little child, all I ever wanted to be was a mom! I went to college got that infamous degree and immediatly got married and started our family. We have four boys, ages 16, 14, 12 and 10. Yes ALL BOYS! I love it, even in the midst of the tears and struggles and soccer and football, rain and snow....I would not trade it for the world! When I think that much to soon my 16 year old will be heading off to colleg and then marriage and his own family, I get weepy. I know we are to grow them to be able to be on there own, I will miss them all the same! Oh I know they can't stay little for ever nor would I want 3 in diapers at the same time ever again, but oh the memories. Yep! I love being a mom.

Being a mother of two sons, age 28 and 22, has been one of the most rewarding things in my life. They have taught me so many things, as well as I have taught them. Our bond in life is forever. I think the biggest thing in life, no matter how old your kids get, you need to tell them that you love them, every chance you get. This will make a future as their mother, a big rewarding success. Everyone will be more loving in their hearts. Building a bond that lasts a lifetime. It doesn't get any better than that. I am so grateful, that I got to experience childhood twice in my life. Happy Mother's Day to all of the great mother's of the world. You should take such great pride and honor in being a mother. It is the most rewarding gift one can receive.

Thanks for the give away Elisa! I will post the button on my blog. I am glad to be a mom for so many reasons. One is just seeing the sweet hope and possibilities in the eyes of my children. The other is knowing that God made them just for me and my husband to raise!
