Yippeee!!<br />1. wellness success -- built up to running 2 laps, and overall walk/run for 1.5 miles; failure -- still indulging in sweets/carbs.<br />2. wellness goal -- indulging in taking care of my body, instead of satisfying cravings<br />3. Share one significant point learned from completing the Begin With Christ homework: With the focus of this week being love, I find myself questioning how I feel about God&#39;s love and if I fully receive it. But I am facing this reality with pushing further into my relationship with the Lord by giving Him my pain. What a good thing to do, right! <br />4. Don&#39;t know about the weight loss.<br />5.
